– Creating compliance-related checklists in accordance with Broker Requirements.
– Acting as an administrative support for Brokers on their internal platforms, handling the submission of contracts by agents.
– Conducting regular follow-ups with agents to ensure all compliance requirements are met.
– Verifying that each file submitted by agents aligns with the established checklist before the closing process.
– Assisting brokers in updating commissions and other relevant details on their Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.
– Providing regular reports to Brokers, offering weekly and monthly updates on the status of transactions and compliance matters.
– Collaborating with Brokers to address any compliance issues and implement necessary improvements in the process
– Introduce all parties via email (Title company, Lender, Other Agent, Seller, Buyer) with the executed contract and addendums.
– Follow up with parties throughout the process and review the contract for timelines, setting reminders for due dates in advance.
– Obtain required signatures on Seller’s Disclosures and Addendums, sending them to Title Company, Lender, and other Agent.
– Schedule inspections as per the purchase contract.
– Coordinate with Sellers and Realtors to ensure agreed repairs are completed (using executed addendums).
– Confirm appraisal order with Lender (if financing) and regularly follow up for loan commitment and final clearance.
– Coordinate with Title Company for clean Title commitment, Lien Search, Estoppel (Condominiums), and request a preliminary Closing Statement for review.
– Close out Property on MLS (Listing Agent) or request MLS closure via email (Buyer’s Agent to Listing Agent).
– Request Executed Closing Statement, Warranty Deed from Title Company.
– Email Client to post Google & Zillow Review, like Agent’s Facebook page and follow on Instagram.
– Ensure all Executed Docs are uploaded to Client’s Transaction Management CRM. Request Commission checks based on Realtor preference.
– Efficiently managing and organizing email correspondence, ensuring timely responses and effective communication.
– Providing valuable assistance in scheduling both personal and business appointments, optimizing time management and enhancing productivity.
